A competency library is a collection of competencies that together define successful performance in a particular work setting, for example the work of a team leader. Each competency library consist of a competency framework presented as a graphic. The framework consist of a number of competencies which are linked to a number of development activities.
These development activities and tools consider the appropriate work complexity and the required judgement and timeframe of execution.
You will need a subscription for each competence library you choose, but access to learning solutions are unlimited for the duration of your subscription.
